Frank W. Taussig Award winner

Kathryn Nantz, Vice President of Competitions for Omicron Delta Epsilon, has announced that the winner of the Frank W. Taussig Article Award for 2010-2011 is Kelley Bergsma of Villanova University. Kelley's Submission, "Does Offering Microsavings Make Sense for Microfinance Institutions?" is eligible for submission for publication in The American Economist.

ODE is very pleased to announce that PETER DIAMOND, with MIT, is the John R. Commons Award recipient for 2011. Prof. Diamond will give the Commons lecture at the annual ASSA meetings in Chicago in January 2012 in conjunction with the Biennial Convention.

The ODE Chapter Advisor Outstanding Service Award recipient will be announced and the award presented during the Biennial Convention in January.
